Everything was in order. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
There is no coffee machine or mini bar in the room, that's s small downside otherwise everything is perfect.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk staff is very helpful indeed. As a matter of fact, all where very friendly and helpful too. It is just steps ahead the Masse-Prater subway station, which is very clean, safe, and once you get to know your way around, it is a breeze. Breakfast is abundant but it is all cold. It is by the Prater Park which is beautiful during Christmas. Beds were comfortable and the covers where fantastic! The hotel is unassuming in the exterior but very homey in the inside. Loved the family room set up. Really nailed it!
Bathroom is minuscule! When you find out that the toilet cover can be used as a shelf when pulled down, you know you have little space. Not much bigger than an airplane bathroom. The view from the balcony rooms are non existent. Though location is good due to the proximity of the underground, you miss the local vibe of the downtown area, which is magical during Christmas. I guess the price justifies the little inconvenience since it is not at expensive property compared to other hotels in Vienna, which can be outrageous!

Perfect location, just 3 minutes walk from Prater messe u2 stop. In 15 minutes you are at stephansplatz.
Very good breakfast with 17,5 euros pp

The hotel is pretty nice. Just 2 minutes walk from the subway station make it really easy reach other parts of the city. We really like that it's close to Prater Park because we spent alot of time there as well.
The shower was a little bit out dated and the room itself was pretty small.

It was super close to the metro station which leads to main tourist attractions. We stayed in a very spacious room with Prater view, the room was very clean and cozy. Bed was really comfortable and big enough. Heating system worked perfectly, which was very important during cold season. I would definitely recommend and would choose again when staying in Vienna.

We chose the location to be close to the Prater and the Danube and it fulfilled that purpose.
It would have been helpful to have had a pot to boil water in. There was none in this room.

this is my 3rd time stating here. I love the location, that it's pet friendly (and our babies receive also a pillow and a bowl) and the comfortable place. Parking is easy and the staff is super nice.
still not many vegan options at breakfast. not even plant based milk.
Room 144 which is facing the street was very very noisy and we had upstairs polish neighbours who were screaming Kurva the whole night.

It is right next to the ubahn station so very easy to get around, especially when I had to leave for the airport at 4am. I actually think I prefer this location rather than the centre of Vienna because it's a bit more residential and less overwhelming.
Bed was comfortable, and I didn't have any problems with wifi in my room (which I was worried about due to previous reviews). It was quite well soundproofed against the outside so you couldn't really hear the screams from Prater unless you had the window open (although I could still hear noise from the hallway and sometimes from other rooms, but it wasn't super loud). The room wasn't huge but there was enough room on both sides of the bed to open my suitcase properly on the floor, which isn't a given in Europe.
The curtains didn't block out the light.
'Balcony' is a bit of an overstatement - it's more like a ledge. Ok for me as I was there alone but if you had two people you wouldn't both be able to sit on it at the same time. I did think the chair on it was quite comfy to sit in though.
Not having a kettle to make tea in my room was annoying - yes, you can ask for hot water at the bar, but I want to drink tea more often than I wanted to do that and I couldn't have milk since there was no fridge in the room. I wasn't going to pay almost €4 for a cup of tea at the bar. I understand the 24 hour bar is part of the 'concept' but considering it wasn't an extremely cheap room, it would have been nice to have a kettle and fridge still.
