Location
There was a delay in check in ( system down). This resulted in a chaotic situation in the lobby upon entry. Only to wait in line for approximately 15 minutes to be told it will be another 30 + minutes, hopefully to be able to check in. After a long travel day with a later check in this delay was disappointing. We were given a drink voucher which was nice but at that moment we really just wanted to get settled in and rest.

Very Poor
Everything went wrong; we had to check in twice because of a computer error. We finally got access to the room, but due to this error, they had to do everything manually and gave access to our room to other people while we were there. Terrible experience.

The AC is clean. The location is very close to the central Wien hbf.
The room is quite small and the facility is not as good as a hotel. But it is a motel, so, not bad.

The room was nice and clean
I had NO internet.
The room was far away from my colleague, although I requested close by room.
I tried calling reception due to Internet issues - waiting for 10 minutes - nobody picked up. i tried again 30 minutes later - same thing. it is not acceptable that nobody is reachable.
