Excellet location right next to the main train station.
Relatively small rooms. No room service as such in terms of amenities. Carry bags yourself etc. You expect some facilities when you go to a hotel.

Staff were helpful, kind and attentive. Fitness room was also well maintained with decent equipment.
Rooms were too small for the value and unable to properly control the temperature. It was extremely warm in the room with no window to get fresh air.

Well, I accidentally requested the room for the wrong nights...the receptionist, however, went to her computer and was able to make everything right which was a huge relief - THANK YOU! Staff overall was excellent.
We wanted to be near the train station but that took us away from the better parts of Vienna. The train system is simple to get to those areas but next time I think I would stay closer to the action.

great breakfast with a lot of options (if you want meat you need to ask for it, didnt bother me)
room was clean, everything feels very new and polished
you can walk 15m to the city center, or take the u1 there, in any case its very easy.
i really dont have any complaints, the hotel itself is not exactly in the center so i guess if you want to walk around you'd need to first get there by foot or subway.

Extremely close to a main transit and train station. We were able to get to all popular sightseeing attractions in Vienna within 20 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning considering the outside temps

The mooons hotel was right across from the train station and a nice room. The bed was comfortable and I loved the down pillows. I slept great here. Quiet even though it’s on a busy street you hear no noise!
