Staff was nice.
Front lobby ( if you can call that lobby) weird.
Also bathroom horrible design all water runs outside the shower i have to use towels to dry everything.
There is no phone inside room, no way to contact nobody in case of emergency, we can't use cellphone all the time specially coming from different countries etc.
So I will not stay there ever again.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The view was superb, the design of the hotel room was extraordinary and very nice.
We had to pay additional money for leaving our luggage at hotel for six hours. Even though they have a luggage room, they only offer you to leave your luggage in the luggage locker (which is btw very expensive).

Easy access to everything loved the Coffee & tea in room. Bathroom product high quality - Ritual products
The carpet was really dirty 306. While I appreciate at Beds & pillows are a personal thing but I found them to really uncomfortable & had 2 bad nights sleep

The location of the hotel is one of the best in Vienna and I very much like the design and the view of some rooms. And I appreciate the service - usually - but not this particular time.
It was the 4th time I choose to stay with the hotel but maybe will no longer be my first option when coming to Vienna as they were before. A lot has changed in the meantime, e.g. you cannot even let your luggage there without paying - although it was a very necessary courtesy, the hotel is right across the Main Station so...also, the room I got this time was on the first level (in spite of specifically asking for a higher floor - like I do all the time) facing the boulevard, which means it was kindda dusty and noisy. And on top of that, was quite near the elevator which could be heard and it was not something I appreciated after 2 long training days. And also, at the breakfast, the quality was lower than I was used to. But well, maybe next time I'll be surprised to find the quality I was expecting

MOOONS is a nice fresh, clean hotel with a modern design. We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were delighted to receive a nice gift of chocolates from the team.
We especially loved the built-in window seats; they are the perfect spot to relax and take in the city views.
We also liked gym area and location of the hotel, as it is near central station.
We enjoyed our stay, but we found the breakfast setup a bit inconvenient. Since it is entirely vegetarian, we had to ask for ham daily. It would be very helpful if this was clearly stated on the booking.com hotel page so it is clear what to expect.
Lack of basic toiletries: there was no hair conditioner available, and the soap bottles were only slightly topped up rather than fully refilled when they went empty.
Room cleaning was not every day.

The location was pretty convenient being close to the station so you cant expect too much
The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I particularly didnt like it when i went to make a coffee and picked up a cup to see a piece of chewing gum stuck to the bottom of the cup. The room was uncomfortably hot and you cant open the window. The luggage storage is a joke - having to download apps etc and mess around. As an older traveller this was very frustrating.
