We arrived by train so chose this hotel as it was just five minutes walk from the main station. It's a short tram or bus ride into the centre of the city. It's a modern hotel with modern facilities. They operate a "self check-in" system which I found ok but I saw some other guests who weren't happy with this system. However, there is always a member of staff on hand in the open reception area to meet and greet guests. The rooms were fine BUT the hotel was far too hot! You can't open the window in the room, so it was quite uncomfortable, and I couldn't get the air con to have any discernible effect.
There is a nice bar area which also does small plates and snacks.
We wanted to leave our luggage but had to pay extra for a locker. This is the first hotel I have stayed in where there wasn't a free luggage storage for guests, so that was a bit strange.

The hotel was particularly quiet, we couldn’t hear any noise once in our room.
The cups for hot drinks are very dangerous. They have no handles and are very smooth on the outside. They get too hot to use safely.

Everything without the RoofToop wich it was closed and i didn’t know from the begging ,but the rest is Amazing!
The RoofToop was closed without knowing from the begging and the garage is quiet expensive.

Garden view was excellent we could see the main city from our window. Beds were extremely comfy and large enough, water pressure in the showers was excellent and the bathroom was well supplied with shower gel and shampoo, as well as a moisturiser too. The room itself was exceptionally large and had ample space for suitcases. It had a mini fridge and excellent air-con as well as a large flat screen tv which had a chrome cast for guests to use. Gym facilities were top notch and better than most hotels I have stayed in. In summer the rooftop bar will be lovely as it has views over the whole city. We opted to skip room cleaning and in return got a free drink each in the bar for each night we skipped room cleaning.
The shower was rather poorly designed and everytime we showered we ended up flooding the bathroom floor. It was only a little puddle though and easy to mop up it was just a little inconvenient. They also only have single bed quilt covers as it looked like the large bed was two smaller beds pushed together. However this was also not a problem it was just a personal preference for a double duvet.

Near the main station and U1 metro line, so getting around Vienna was a doddle. Loved the fact that breakfast (included) was vegetarian/vegan buffet and you had to ask if you wanted meat options. Breakfast each morning was great. Loved the environmentally friendly ‘option’, foregoing room cleaning / fresh bed / fresh towels (only there for two nights), for which we were given voucher for 2x free drinks in the hotel bar…what a great idea. Loved that iron and ironing board were in the room. En suite / room was very nice and clean. Also only short walk to the Belvedere Palace which is a fabulous gallery.
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable (though pillows were great) and whilst it might represent decent value in Vienna, we enjoyed 5x nights in Prague earlier in the holiday for the same cost as 2x nights in Vienna (same standard of hotel), but this is just an indication of the local market of course and shouldn’t go against the hotel.
