Very Good
Excellent location very close to Vienna’s main railway station. Superb workout room on the top floor with state of the art equipment. Very good breakfast with ample vegetarian options. Room had a very nice shower.
Breakfast personnel were not very friendly. The room could use a chair, none were available.

I stayed at this hotel and appreciated that they were generous enough to let me check in early. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Vienna Central Train Station. The room is compact but well designed and has pretty much everything you need. I also liked that they use Rituals toiletries, which was a nice touch.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was disappointing. The cups in the room were dirty, one still had water in it and another had a lipstick mark. The hand towel also had a lipstick stain, which made me lose trust in using anything provided.
The front desk mentioned that breakfast was vegetarian, so I decided to skip it. The hallway outside my room also had a strong body odor smell, of course not the hotel’s fault, but it didn’t help the overall impression.

Wonderful
The hotel is easy to find and very convenient if you are coming from the main station. As long as you are savvy with public transport, it's easy to get into the downtown area. The beds were comfy, the shower was nice. Overall decent value.

Very Good
Everything was spotless and felt brand new. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The view of the garden, with trees turning yellow and showing all the beautiful autumn colours, was amazing. The location is also perfect. It just a short walk from the Central Station and the metro.
The rooms didn’t have phones, which made it a bit inconvenient to go to the reception every time we needed something. The breakfast was excellent, although it would be great to have some meat options other than pork.

We absolutely loved our stay at MOOONS Hotel in Vienna — the style, rooftop bar, and breakfast were all fantastic. The design is modern, sleek, and super clean — everything feels fresh and well thought-out, from the moon-themed decor to the comfy furniture. The rooftop bar is a highlight: great views over Vienna, cool vibe, lovely cocktails, and a place we looked forward to relaxing at every evening. Breakfast was excellent – plenty of variety, fresh options, and beautifully presented, with enough that even non-vegans like us found something to love. Overall, this hotel impressed in every way: style, comfort, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The mooons hotel was right across from the train station and a nice room. The bed was comfortable and I loved the down pillows. I slept great here. Quiet even though it’s on a busy street you hear no noise!

Very Good
Well located to walk to everything we wanted to see. Round window was very inviting, and a comfortable bed. Blackout curtains were perfect!
Property was very quiet despite being on the main drag. We only heard sirens that travelled by, no traffic noise.
