Wonderful
Very modern, clean and stylish. Excellent king size bed. Very good shower and selection of toiletries. Easy access from/to airport. Good sound insulation.
No gluten-free cookies or other pastry for breakfast. Some breakfast food was not high quality.

5/5 Location- less than 50 steps to the main train station. There are grocery stores and restaurants around the area as well.
4/5 Room- I love the minimalistic style. The bed was comfortable except for the pillows, they were way too soft. We were placed in the garden view room, it was nice. They give glass water bottle everyday.
5/5 Bathroom- amazing water pressure. Shower has two options: rainfall and handheld.
The gym was great. It has amazing views and several equipment but no weights.
The only thing I didnt like is the lack of room phone, you would need to go down or call them through your cellphone. It becomes a problem when you are on a data roaming only or in case of an emergency. In our case, we had to go down twice to ask for missing things in the room.
I wish the TV could be more accesible in lieu of a room phone, it could have an option for housekeeping or reception for any need.

A professional, friendly and attentive hotel staff really makes a hotel stand out! Well, this was definitely the case at Mooons Vienna!! The entire staff were so phenomenal that I will have to come back to stay again! I am a big fan of our moon in the galaxy. So, I really loved the moon-theme hotel! Bravo, Mooons Vienna and in my Arnold Schwarzenegger's voice, I'll be back!!

It was the perfect end to our holiday the room was amazing views over the Vienna skyline everything was perfect I would stay there again in a heartbeat. it wasnt too far from the station and absolutely great value for 5 star treatment breakfast was also a treat we have travelled for 2 weeks 7 hotels in different parts of Europe this was the best by far well done Mooons

Great location for main train station, spotlessly clean, lovely Ritual products in bathroom, fantastic shower, very comfortable bed and of course wonderful view through the moon shaped windows.
Staff not the friendliest and only one person on Reception as we checked out in the morning - despite a long queue and many people needing to catch a train. This is something g that need attention. Its a pity really because everything else was great.

The hotel is very modern, clean and very close to main train station.
First day there was a minor issue, my name was not in the breakfast list although my booking included breakfast. When I checked with front desk, there was an issue in my booking record. But, it was sorted quickly.

This hotel certainly has the WOW factor! Modern, clean, and in a very convenient location - just across the road from main station and easy walking distance to Schloss Belvedere and other attractions. The staff were lovely, efficient and friendly : multi-lingual too. Room was spacious, high tech and very comfortable. The rooftop bar was fabulous with amazing view of the city. Loved the huge variety of the veggie breakfast too.

I have to mention the breakfast, it was very good and fresh but note that there is no meat in the breakfast so
for us it was good.
The hotel located the main station so you have a lot pf fast food abd the restaurants nearby are more cheap than the main center of the city
