The apartment was really nice and spacious.
The hot water was not really hot. that was uncomfortable after long cold day outside! There was problems with our check in. Thankfully a nice neighbour came to us and opened the main entrance.

The comfort and cleanliness were top notch!
Wifi connection is really poor. We couldnt use it at all. Also, there is no coffee or tea in the apartment. That would have been really nice.

It's a great apartment, clean, good quality furnishing. Located in a lovely neighborhood with tons of places to eat and shop. The building was nice, absolutely no street noise or from the neighbors. A few tram stops from the city center (tram 46 is a 2 minute walk), the underground station (line U6) is a 5-7 minute walk. We highly recommend this place for every occasion.
The Internet connection is really really slow, compared to where I come from. Maybe this can be improved in the future for people who plan to stay longer and work from this location.

Location was in a quiet residential neighbourhood - easy to get to by transit or by scooter (our fave way to get around Vienna!). 2 grocery stores nearby were very convenient. Loved having a washing machine to do some laundry too.
There are 3 doors to get through, and one is locked with a keypad. We had some difficulty getting through this door when we arrived as some deadbolts kept activating rather than unlocking. However, the staff were helpful and patient with us over the phone while we figured it out, and sent someone the next morning to check the doors and we didn't have any other issues.

The decoration of the apartment is very beautiful. It has a very comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. It was a great convenience while cooking. It had a location and facilities that I could easily reach all over the city. There was a good team that took care of my questions. Thanks to all of them.
