Lovely hotel that totally met our needs. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Very clean room with comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Bedding and towels changed twice during our four night stay which we thought was excellent. Very quiet room. We slept well. Location was good.
We did request rooms to be close to each other but were located on 1st and 4th floors. However, this wasn't a major problem. Overall we were very happy with our stay..

Convenient location, all day staff were friendly and very helpful, room spacious, bathroom clean, room was cleaned everyday even when if we stayed in quite late (they still came back and cleaned), no A/C but the room was still warm and cozy (once we figured out how to turn the radiator on), not noisy although it’s on a Main Street, secure, we had sort of a mini walk-in wardrobe, free coffee to go if needed from restaurant/breakfast room in the morning, free mineral water replaced everyday, free pair of slippers and towels replaced everyday even though we left them on the rails
Bed was slightly uncomfortable as one side of the bed had lost its springs.
Night staff doesn’t really know what non-urgent help you can get medically if someone is to fall ill. My husband had possible food poisoning, so I went downstairs in a panic at night in case reception could help (some hotels have their own dr or has someone medically trained or may have some medication that might help). When I explained the situation, his exact words were “that doesn’t sound that bad”. Not sure whether it was the language barrier, as in, he might have meant it’s not an emergency. He didn’t know if there was a number for non urgent medical help we can call. I had to google it myself and ask him to call for me. Then he gave me another number and told me to call myself. He also didn’t know whether pharmacies can help or if there are any open as he’s “never used one”. Also there are no telephones in the room or in reception (as in a landline).
For some reason our mugs and spoons weren’t replaced with new ones, when they had been clearly used. Maybe it’s not something the hotel does and we are expected to wash them ourselves in the bathroom.
No parking place or a bay for a car to stop (to be picked up or dropped off)

I found the Hotel to be in a perfect position, at a walking distance to city center, but also good positioned for the main station and Schönbrunn. Really good breakfast with a lot of different options.

Breakfast was a dream!!! So much choice. Such nice staff. We had a great appartment type of room in the hotel. Some stuff was very kind.

The breakfast was superb. The rooms were clean and bright with high ceilings. Convenient location for the city. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The road was noisy - our rooms were at the front- do sleeping with the windows open wasn’t an option and we were too hot. The pillows were lumpy and there were no towels in one of the rooms. This was quickly rectified but not ideal when you want a quick shower.
