I loved the property before I walked in. The space is bright and welcoming. The decor is beautiful. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The location is superb, very central and quiet. Nice cafés and restaurants close by. We didn’t get breakfast at the hotel as wanted different places to visit and try various foods. Room was smaller than expected, but still comfortable and clean. Bed -very comfortable and we had great sleep and rest at night. Coffee and tea facilities are good, perfect shower and air conditioning.

Location was nice. This is a center in a quiet place and without crowds of tourists
many restorans and cafe in the area 5 min walking to the rose garden and opera
~15- 20 min to the shoping and 10-15 min to the Museums

The staff was really helpful and the location was great and quiet. The air conditioning was also good, esp. given it was quite warm during my stay. The bar is small (they plan to increase the size), but there is seating across from it in a 'parlor' which was very nice, as well as some outdoor seating. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great location near the Rathaus and Parliament Building. We walked to most places but there is a handy tram stop (No 2) only 5 mins from the hotel.
Breakfast was good, lots of choice and could be taken outside in the pretty garden.
Large room that was very clean. There was a kettle and coffee machine for making hot drinks.
Our room on the top floor only had velux windows so was a little dark.
The only toiletries provided were a hand/body/shampoo combination. I would expect hair conditioner and body lotion in a hotel if this standard.

Very Good location, close to the RingStrasse and the trams.
Size and location of room, good bathroom
Nice courtyard to enjoy a drink in the evening, especially the excellent Aperol Spritzs.
Excellent breakfast if a bit pricey.
Shower had a small leak.
Spouse was bitten by an insect (not a bed-bug) in the duvet.

The front desk staff are professional and friendly
The carpets in the lower-floor rooms are dirty and have a strong unpleasant odour.Your service is actually excellent. If you replace the carpets with wooden flooring, the rooms would be cleaner and odour-free.

Disappointing
The hotel room was okay but the services provided were poor. The app didn’t work to order room service, neither did the phone. Went down stairs to order room service at reception but it never turned up, so that also didn’t work. The coffee didn’t work and the refrigerator warmed your drinks up.

A beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly and courteous staff. It's only a few minutes walk from trams and tube stations yet Josefsgasse itself is quiet. You are also only about 8 minutes walk from Parlament and Rathaus on the Ringstrasse too. There are plenty of cafes and eateries nearby. A great place to stay in this beautiful city. There is a Billa supermarket a couple of minutes walk away to get snacks/drinks etc for your day.
We couldn't fault it. Everything was to a very high standard.
