Location was very good. Only 10 minute walk to museum quarter and most attractions. The room was spacious and quiet.
The bathroom shower leaked onto the floor from the bath. Was reported to reception but got the impression it would be ignored. Carpet a little dated.
Room service was simply pizza or baguette that looked like a pizza. On booking.com its says Airport Shuttle. However, that was not quite correct as the hotel simply booked a shuttle for you at high price. Easier to book one yourself or an Uber.

Great location near Parliament and Hofsburg Palace. Many good local restaurants. Staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Room could have been a bit clearerdust bunnies in the corners.

Breakfast is ok for a 4 star hotel. The location is also a plus.
Empty minibar = not functional. Even if in the lobby by the front desk there was a store window containing 2 kind of waffers (kept at ambiental temperature), two kind of sodas, one beer, one proseco and one kind of crackers, you had to go to the bar tender and ask what you wish, he had to come with you, give you the products, sign paper or pay... very unpleasant approach. Also, a 4 star hotel without restaurant ... the cleaning operations seemed to be a kind of marathon ("if you choose your room should not be cleaned one day you get a free drink at the bar" - this is not love for the nature as cleaning a glass also takes a lot of whater and energy, this shows lack of labour force... ). We felt that 50% of the employees where never in the mood of doing their job. They seemed to be always disturbed by their customers...

Lovely hotel and very tastefully decorated, clean, very friendly staff.
Great system to encourage environmental not too much washing of towels etc., you skip house keeping service & in return get a free bar drink downstairs. Loved this & enjoyed an Italian bubbly.
The wifi. I had read about this Im the reviews so I had to accept that I had booked into a hotel where the wifi dropped out or off for me.
