Very clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment. What’s really important — it was very quiet and peaceful. There’s a public transport stop nearby. Everything necessary was provided. I was I liked that it wasn’t necessary to wait for staff to check in. I was pleasantly surprised that everything looked just like in the photos.
There was an issue with the lock, but it was fixed promptly after I reported it. If it’s a business trip and you need an invoice, you’ll have to wait about a week after check-out.

Good location, and the apartment was clean and spacious, with plenty of potential. However, we were disappointed with the maintenance. While we only stayed for a weekend and used the space primarily for sleeping, it was clear that the apartment could benefit from better upkeep for future guests.
The apartment had a lot of potential, but maintenance was a major issue. The walls were covered in marks and stains, especially in the bathroom, where there were even writings on them. The kitchen was in poor condition, with a dismantled cabinet door and a sink that was wobbly and difficult to use. Additionally, there was no curtain on the ground floor window, which faced a busy street, leaving no privacy for guests.

The name 'Luxury Suites' is misleading (e.g. no air conditioning except a standing electric fan; only a rail for hanging clothes together with some box-shaped drawers). But the apartment was pleasant. There living area in the apartment was spacious, everything was very clean. The surrounding area was generally quiet and it felt safe. The bed was comfortable and a change of sheets was available if needed. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine and a microwave. Large TV with access to Netflix was handy. Shower and toilet were spotless.
No air conditioning made it very uncomfortable to sleep or even be in the apartment. The weather was very hot during our stay and the apartment was far too warm, making it difficult to sleep or even be there. The temperature in the apartment never dropped below 27.5 Celcius at night (temperature outside was between 18 and 24 degrees at night). The property did not list air conditioning, so the information given to us was accurate. However, a 'luxury' accommodation, as this apartment is called, would have better temperature control. A fan was supplied but it was not effecitve enough.

The upper “bedroom” is open to the rest of the apartment space, so you hear everything

All the needed amnesties is nearby, so amazing for traveling. Barber, laundry, bar, food, tobacco lol ! Nice chill areas etc.
