Thanks for honesty and given back my keychain.
Somehow any additional services provides only on a cash basic. New Year eve: and we were not able even buy a beers from bar, and yet all personel was at the hotel celebrating, drinking in the hotel itself. Hotel far away from city, and even no nearby ATM.
I ask for quite room, and again my room was right in front of the elevator.

The hotel is very far from the city—about 55 minutes away—and you need to take a bus first, then change and take a train to reach downtown or the places worth visiting ?
Also, the room is not soundproof, and you can easily hear people outside.

Very comfortable with excellent public transport access. All would have been perfect if the WLAN would have worked, which it didn't most of the time.

The location does not justify the price charged for accommodation. The rooms are cold, poorly maintained, and do not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. The staff is unfriendly and offers little to no support to guests. Overall, the value for money is unbalanced and below expectations for a 3-star hotel in Vienna.

there was someone manning the front desk even when I checked in after midnight and they were courteous and helpful
It's more than half an hour's drive from the center of town, and, if you miss the turn off the freeway (as I did), it's a good 12 km before you can exit the freeway again.

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the metro station and is in a very dark location which made walking at night extremely unpleasant. The bed was clean but everything else wasn't- the bath and outlets were black from filth and the room itself could use a renovation.
