there was someone manning the front desk even when I checked in after midnight and they were courteous and helpful
It's more than half an hour's drive from the center of town, and, if you miss the turn off the freeway (as I did), it's a good 12 km before you can exit the freeway again.

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the metro station and is in a very dark location which made walking at night extremely unpleasant. The bed was clean but everything else wasn't- the bath and outlets were black from filth and the room itself could use a renovation.

Huge free parking, comfortable, warm, cozy and pleasant
One of the main reasons for booking was it offered a bathtub, but it had no plug and it was leaking even when taking a shower
