Wonderful
I am in love with this hotel. It is not ideal but who said that we should love only the ideal. It simply answers all my needs in a way I prefer the to be answered. It has nice fitness facilities, convenient rooms, very good service, attentive staff, tasty kitchen. What else do I need ?

Location is central ,staff is polite
It s a 5 star hotel but after our first night they didn t come to clean the room. Then i called them twice when they came to clean in the evening ,they didn t tidy up the bed. If you want house keeping you have to call.! What kind of a 5 star hotel is this?

Only the location and breakfast There is an indoor swimming pool, but it’s too small.
The hotel front desk staff, who assisted me with check in，was not very friendly. The bathtub was not clean; there were hairs and dust inside. The toilet seat was broken. The elevator from the lobby to the rooms was very dimly lit.

Amazing location, right in the middle of Vienna, walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, so much history right at your fingertips, hotel feels luxury, boutique but prices are very good considering the location

Excellent location, nice room
I had to ask a lot of questions to get to know about hotel services, including breakfast, fitness centre etc. though it seems to be the task of the personnel to introduce all amenities to the guests. Cleaning service at 9 a.m. was also something we did not expect.
