Me and my friend absolutely loved staying there. The host was very kind and helpful, and even drew out a map with recommendations of places that we should visit. Thanks to that we got to see so many places in just two days. The location of the place is also excellent, right next to a metro station and a walking distance to anywhere that you’d like to go. We felt safe and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna :)

From the time of our reservation til the goodbyes after our stay, the owner was very responsive and accommodating of any requests, offering several times to help us in various ways.
Our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. We had a water kettle for hot water for tea & coffee and a shared refrigerator. Everything was quiet. The location was excellent being so close to the U and close to so many stores, grocery stores, and restaurants.
We will definitely be back!

Location is ok, aprox 10 minutes from the ring/Museums area. Near a street with a lot of stores. The host tried to be as helpful as possible. Room itself was big enough and even though there were some hot days, in the room was fine without air conditioning. It seemed clean.
The sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on it. I had 2 tough nights due to this. :) The bathroom is small and doesn't have a window. The fridge is actually in the common space of the location and it's a small one. We thought it will be a fridge in the room. No possibility to make coffee in the room.

Our host, Tina, was there to greet us and was wonderful with her cheer and guidance. She worked near the entrance and inquired about our day and had great advice to questions. The location was an easy walk or u-bahn to historic sites.
Our room was near the bus stop and closing the window at night made the room a little "stuffy".

My sister and I stayed at K+T Boardinghouse for two nights, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Vienna and also easy to reach from the airport.
The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
A special thank you to the wonderful hostess, Tina. She truly went above and beyond for us. Although our flight arrived early in the morning, she graciously allowed us to check in early and had the room ready for us by 12:00, which was so appreciated after traveling. Her kindness and hospitality really made a difference in our stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna—great value, fantastic location, and outstanding service!

Location was ideal across from a metro stop and shops nearby. Room was comfortable and quiet despite the bus stop out our window. Tina was a gracious host with many helpful suggestions.

The apartment is located very central. It is comfortable and very clean.
There are a lot of nice bars, restaurants, shops and bakeries nearby. Underground is right next door, very easy connection to the the airport.

Tl;dr: There is no AC in this place!!!!
The place was dirty, we slept in dust and couldn't stay in bed for more than 6 hours although we had a day of traveling and flying before we reached the place at around 00:45. But the worst thing about this place is that the host marked the place as one of having AC. This lie cost us also lack of sleeping and willing to stay. It is the first filter we add when traveling to europe since it is always hot to us.

Pillows were not comfortable, although they offered an extra one it didn’t help that much. (Though they said a new set of bed mattresses and pillows are already ordered, and soon to be delivered)

Everything was great!
The location, the room, the water preassure were impeccable.
Everyday our room was cleaned and Tina was a great host: she gave us great advices on what to do during our stay and always asked if we needed anything.
the room was really comfortable and had everything you could possibly need.
If I had to say a bad thing about this apartment I would say that there is a bus right under the window, so you can hear the noise coming from it throughout the day. However, i dont think that there is much she can do about it.
Overall, I would deeply recommend!

Disappointing
location
The listing said there was a washing machine and kitchen facilities, but after moving in, I found out there was no kitchen. I was told the information was wrong, and I also have to pay €19 each time to use the washing machine. These false details have been on the listing for a long time, which feels misleading.
