The location is perfect, walking distance to all attractions. The wheelchair accessible room/bathroom was well equipped and a lovely communial patio area to relax or eating breakfast.
No fridge in the room or facilities to make tea/coffee.

Its location is very good, between 2 metro lines, and near the old town. Rooms are clear and usefull.
Actually flats are complicated, there are 2 buildings, one of them is used students.

Location is the best thing about the hotel, in the center of Vienna and easily accessible to most of the places on foot. Breakfast was actually very good and quality of food exceeded our expefctations. The room was clean and spacious.
The beds are not suitable for couples because they are combines single beds with a gap between the mattresses. The mattresses are also very uncomfortable and stiff, in addition the pillows are very flat and not very comfy. The housekeeping lady busted into our room twice after 2 seconds of knocking very very loud like if she's police. She was speaking German and we didn't understand what she wanted. The building is too big like a maze so it's hard to locate your room.

Large room. Lots of storage for clothes and all the paraphenalia of modern travel. Window and door onto balcony overlooking central courtyard so airy and quiet. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Way above what I expected from a 2-star hotel.
No coffee or tea facilities in room or hotel. I don't often feel the need but I did once and even a pay per cup vending machine would have been a welcome sight. It didn't affect me in the weather during my stay but lack of air-con would make me wary of staying there is the summer.

The location is great and the breakfast was a nice addition.
The beds were horribly uncomfortable! The mattress is extremely thin so we could feel the frame or support under the mattress pushing into our backs. Sleeping was not pleasant. In addition, we requested a large double bed but received literally two twin beds pushed together with the divider frame between them uncovered!

Good location. Nice breakfast and attentive staff.
As a solo traveller you tend to pay as much as, or almost as much as, a couple for a room. First I stayed in a double room with single occupancy and then a single room. The price difference was only 5 euros!!! The single room did not have any curtains.

The location of the hotel is perfect and very convenient, the metro is at 2 min walking, the historic center at 10 min. Very practical to reach the airport too. There are shops and restaurants in a close area. The hotel (room & restaurant) is very clean and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is very good with many choices. This is definitely an hotel where I will come back if I have to come back in this city. Some of the staff could be more smiling maybe ;-).

Close to city centre, U-Bahn station and main train station. Good breakfast. Mostly clean room. Ideal for a 1-3 night stay.
