The hotel is ideally located for the Museums Quarter and metro stations / tram stops to obtain easy access to the other parts of the city. It has a sense of calm and quiet being on a pedestrian street. The public areas are comfortable and stylish, including restaurant and bar. Room furnishings are good, with frequently changed towels and crisp bed linen. The breakfast choices are excellent, with options for vegetarian and vegan diets. Staff proved to be very welcoming, helpful and friendly, with useful tips for places to eat. I would happily return to this hotel should I be in Vienna again. It's particularly relaxed and comfortable as a base to explore this wonderful city.

Near Christmas Market and Inner Stadt walking distance. Public transport easy access but not necessary. Many places to eat, drink and go shopping nearby.
The facilities are not available late night except for gym so therefore never got chance to use any.

Disappointing
Heater was way too hot. When asked the staff to turn it down no one can figure it out and advised "have you tried opening the window". Given the location it gets very noisy with the window open and very disruptive. Bathroom has mould. Breakfast options were horrible. On our second last day we didn't even receive room service despite already putting a please clean room tag on the door.

It was 2-3 weeks before renovation ,but it seemed that they already acted as they are closed. Poor front desk service.
