I liked how close it was to public transit and they had a lot of really fun cool events!
The beds were wildly uncomfortable, I know I didnt pay for a 5 star hotel but the least I expect is to be able to sleep through the night and not wake up in a ton of pain

I Love the greener approach - big soap containers, cleaning room upon departure or when needed for extra charge Plus the location is just great They have fun evening events happening throughout the week like karaoke(Wednesdays) and drag race (Tuesdays) Weve stayed here several times now and probably will again Also LOVE the bunk beds in the 3ppl bedrooms - they inspired me to build similar for our son

Good location near to metro, and happening hostel. They have karaoke nights, etc. Quite convenient for you to get breakfast too. Beds are clean and toilets are also clean.
Overall my stay and facilities-wise was great, except I got a male hostel resident in my dorm on the last night of my stay which I specifically chose and paid for a female-only dorm. I understand it could be an error from the system, but there was no compensation for the inconvenience I had to go through since I need to cover up when there is a male around. I only got a "sorry, he's checking out today anyway so yeah" from reception, which I was actually upset about.

The location was amazing for just walking around and transports as well.
There were bed bugs, dust on the walls and on the floor on the side of the bed with old tissues and bottles. I was disappointed with the staff when one night at 2AM, a random man came into our room even though we fully locked the door of our already sleeping room, all the beds were occupied by females so we were shocked when the man came in, visibly drunk. One of the roommate screamed to him to leave and he eventually did after a few minutes. The staff said we "simply didn't lock the door right" and said they would come check but they never came to make sure we were ok even when we called again to have an update on the situation. That was not a fun last night at the hostel. I wish the staff had been a bit more understanding of the situation.
