the location and the facilities, very comfy bed and nice style
the place was a little bit dusty on some not hidden places, the back of the WC, the uppside part of the kitchenand the shower is on the hallway of the apartment so if you want to get to the WC you see the person on the shower, that can be unconfortable if you are not with your lover

The apartment was cozy, beautifully decorated and the location was very good, close to public transport that takes you directly to the centre.
Unfortunately it was dirty, there was a lot of dust on the furniture and there were stains on the towels. Our apartment was on the first floor and at night you could hear outside noise from cars and the subway, which made it impossible to sleep well. Also the communication with the host was not good, we did not get any response to our queries and messages.

Heating was not working all time, outside was 5 degrees, and you expected to warm yourself after long walks and comming to cold apartment.
Stuff didn't take any measures, was ignoring requests and didn't send someone to check heating or at least change apartment or provide electrical heater...

Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, good internet/wifi, clean rooms/areas, working space at downstairs, self-checkin/self-checkout, keyless doors
Not enough light, soap dispensers were not fully loaded, the tram that goes nearby was felt like a real earthquake in every 10 minutes (2nd floor, 8a)

Wow! The bed is so confortable, the flat is clean and lovely. Communication with owner is quick. You feel safe.

Of course its not city center but the tram stop is close by and you are there in 15 minutes.

Everything was perfect. The location, the decoration and it was so comfortable. Really enjoyable place.
Lack of privacy during shower, there are no curtains or seperate room.
