The hotel staff was very helpful Courteous and professional English speaking
Breakfast was good and the option to order an omelette enhances the experience
The hotel is suitable for young people. There are evening parties and a rooftop bar. The hotel design is successful and pleasant.
The advertisement did not match reality I filtered the hotel search on Booking according to the criteria of air conditioning and soundproofing In practice there is no air conditioning, the room cannot be cooled and I had to open a window so in practice the filtering on Booking was worthless! I suffered

The hotel has a nice decoration style, and the staff are gentle.
I woke up twice om the first night because it was tol hot in the room, even if outside was like 7° degrees. I talked tk the receception ans they said it wasn't possible to make the aor conditioner colder cause it was on winter mode. They suggested to me to open the window (so I would wake up early wanting it or not, because of the sunlight), or they could borrow me a fan. I wasn't expecting this situation considering it is a 4 star hotel and also the price. If you are going on a trip where you have to spend some time at the room like resting or working (like me), you must know it's a small room, even the one with terrace. The bed takes pretty much of the space.

The room design was fantastic, and the size was more than sufficient. There were plenty of hangers, which was very convenient. The location was excellent—we could reach many popular spots in a short time. Access from the airport was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Vienna.
Despite everything, I understand that housekeeping staff are human and such situations can happen. However, when I first entered the shower, there was a large clump of yellow hair on the handheld showerhead. It seemed like they didn’t check it at all during cleaning, as it would have been impossible to miss otherwise.
The room—and the hotel in general—was also overheated. Even when we set the temperature to the lowest level, it was often too warm to use the duvet comfortably. A cooler and more adjustable environment would have been preferable.
It was also not ideal that there was no sheer curtain in the room. During the day, it would have been nice to spend time in the room without worrying about being visible to people in the nearby building.
Lastly, not a major issue but worth mentioning: the lighting. I don’t quite understand why hotel rooms so often have very dim, sleep-inducing lighting. A brighter lighting option would improve the overall comfort.

The location and what the hotel offered was very good. We were happy with the breakfast and it was quite enough.
The lighting and bed comfort in the room we stayed in were inadequate. We had to read QR code to clean our room, and when we forgot, the rooms were not cleaned.
