Location is great, close to the historical center and museums. Close to the metro and public transport. Rooftop bar on the 7th floor is a great option to finish your day.
Note that there is no separated bathroom, the shower cabin is quite transparent (glass walls) and sink is in the small open space adjacent to the main room. Doesn’t bother us, but this is something to consider when you book this hotel.

It’s my third or fourth time staying and it seems management is cutting corners.
As much as I care for sustainability we paid nearly 2,000€ for a “studio” (I.e., one of their more premium rooms) but the room / towels won’t get cleaned every day.
It was only on the third day we had to call and we were told this does not happen every day unless otherwise specified by the guests...
A bottle of water was complimentary in the past every day but not any more. And so, coffee won’t be replaced either unless the rooms are cleaned… or the shower gel.
Not the best value for money for a “semi-staffed” hotel.
Passing on sustainability bills on your customers is not the right business choice to make.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast, special design, good shower and water pressure.
The room was a bit dark, and although it was relatively spacious, we felt that the design - although very cool - wasn’t very functional. There was not enough room to put our suitcases, and the furniture with the record player took up space we would have preferred to use for something else.

The front desk team was friendly and accommodating.
Our Sunday breakfast was wonderful, with much variety and tasty food selections.
The rooftop bar was great, and bartender/server Johnny was friendly, attentive, and he was an excellent bartender, who professionally handled the many customers while we were there.

Good location with good transport links. Staff are friendly and easy to contact. The room was small but beds and pillows were super comfy. Our room had a record player and there was a selection of LPs in reception to borrow. We didn’t make use of this but it was a nice touch.
We didn’t try the breakfasts but dinner in the hotel wasn’t great.

The location was great! Few blocks of the metro. The breakfast was really tasty. Awesome staff, always willing to help!

modern design with funky twists. great location overall. a bit pricey, however everything is a bit expensive in Vienna. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious.

The hotel is located near all museums, historical places, within walking distance.
The room is well appointed in minimalist style, with comfortable bed.
If you need to clear the room, you should request a housekeeper on the service desk, also very low quality of cleaning

Quiet rooms- you don’t here you’re neighbors. decent breakfast with an easy walk to everything. Fun theme.
Glass shower is open to room with a small curtain, which would be undesirable in some room sharing situations.

The only good for that Hotel was the location that was very close to the downtown.
I booked this hotel months in advance specifically because I was promised proper heating would be active upon arrival. That turned out to be completely misleading. The room was cold, the system blew only ambient or cold air, and the temperature controls were vague and uninformative. There was no way to see or set the actual room temperature properly. I was told to "wait" for the system to adjust, but it never reached a truly comfortable level during my stay. Only after I strongly insisted was I reluctantly given a portable heater.
The bathroom remained cold, and the technical explanations provided felt more like excuses than solutions. What made things worse was the staff’s complete lack of empathy. They were dismissive of how uncomfortable and disappointed I felt. There was no real concern shown for guest wellbeing.
I’ve stayed in many hotels across Europe and know what proper heating and guest service look like. This was neither. I felt misled and ignored. If I had known the heating wouldn’t be reliably active, I would never have booked. Very disappointing experience — not recommended in cooler months.
In additon on Saturday night from 2000 to almost 2300 there was a music coming from the lobbly or outside,
