Great location and fun stay. Roof top bar was great. Weekends burgers are served and the were great. Cocktails we a bit high. But beer and wine was same as other locations.
No negatives.

Excellent location. Super friendly staff. We were on the same floor as the rooftop bar and it was quiet (our room had courtyard view)
Breakfast is solid, but nothing to write home. Missing some ingredients that I personally think are standard.

Great location, lovely rooms. Was able to check in early and check out was not until noon- which was great for a one night stay. Easy to get to subways and walk to many attractions. Clean and trendy.

Although it is not located in the historic district, it is just a few blocks from shops and about a 20-minute walk from the historic area. The hotel is modern and well maintained. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I was also fortunate to have a lovely view from my room, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
On the downside, housekeeping was only provided every other day. While this may be part of the hotel’s policy, it should be clearly communicated at the time of booking so guests know what to expect in advance.
I was also surprised by the lack of some basic amenities. The room did not include hair conditioner or body lotion, which are items commonly offered by hotels in this category and would have improved the overall guest experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Jaz! We liked its excellent location, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay especially enjoyable. We also liked the beautiful city views from the rooftop bar. The room was clean and spacious with thoughtful details such as the in-room hanging chair and turntable.
There was very little we didn’t like about the property. If we had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that the album selection for the in-room turntable was somewhat limited.

The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and kept the room comfortable throughout our stay.
If you are looking for quality service, this hotel is definitely not worth the price. It may look appealing in photos, but in reality it is little more than a visually attractive property decorated with colorful details and a few music-themed items. The service and guest experience do not justify the cost.
Considering the balance between price, service, and location, even one star feels too generous. Housekeeping is only provided once every two days. In addition, despite having a room with a mini refrigerator, there was no bottle opener available. When I asked for one, I was directed to the bar, where I was told they could not provide it because previous openers had been stolen. As a result, I was unable to get a bottle opener at all. I find it hard to believe that something which is standard in most hotels could be so difficult to access.
In addition, the reception staff seemed completely disengaged and indifferent. As someone who has stayed in hotels hundreds of times, this was the first time I encountered such an unwelcoming reception team. They appeared unhappy, showed little interest in assisting guests, and often did not even greet people with a simple “hello.” The overall attitude felt cold and unprofessional.
