The classic design of the lobby and the comfortable bed in the room.
It didn’t have any balconies and the room was a bit small. Also, the food from room service wasn’t delicious.

Location is a walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend extended hours for the concierge. Most of the time he wasn’t available

rooms are comfy, reasonably spacious, and have great views location is super: central and close to everything, while quiet. The bar is one of the best in the city, and Sacher tort is better than in Sacher

Our bedsheet was stained. Other than that, we didn’t have any problems with cleanliness. The location is amazing. Walking distance to all main tourist attractions. The staff was beyond perfect.

There is nothing to like about this hotel. Very bad in every aspect. It needs an update, still from the 70s, 80s. It is more a 2 star than a 5 star as it says. The rooms are old, beds and mattress very old and for a king size bed they don’t have a comforter for 2, they give you individual comfort size of airplane in coach. The staff is lost and rude at check out time. For the money better pay a bit more and sleep better. I do not recommend it to any one that is used to good hotels.
The hotel is very old and the rooms are very old and not comfortable at all. The beds and pillows zero comfort. Staff not helpful and rude at some point. Bathrooms not clean and towels very old. The hotel needs an update. Still in the 70s.
