Wonderful
Excellent location: on shopping area Mariahilfer street, 3 supermarkets and cafe shops next to the hotel, metro stop in 3 minutes, westbahnhof in 5 minutes to go to, not far from city center, friendly staff, spacious room.
There was a door to the neibour apartment inside the room. If you have noisy neibours it may be a problem because of bad soundproof.

Located in a very good position of the city
We booked a family room and we received the room with twin beds and a sofa bed not ready. When reported to the receptionist she said you can open the sofa bed. Room was not ready as requested.

Is not clean at all. The lobby was noisy from 7 am on a weekend . An indian family were playing with their kids in the lobby making. Kids were shouting in the lobby made it difficult to sleep

The balcony and the view was perfect.
The balconies were very close to each other so there isn’t a special area. People at the desk are not chill. They didn’t even smile once. They were rude. Even if we extended our reservation they blocked our room cards. That wasn’t olsa nice. You got to be more kind and friendly.

It was my third stay at this hotel. Hotel has been renovated completely and well designed. Location and value were perfect for this 4 star hotel which is located in Mariahilfer shopping street. I recommend this hotel to tourists.
There were two negative points: the first one was late check in! I arrived in hotel after a long trip at 3 pm. The room was not ready at that time!!! I had to wait in lobby for 30 mins to get the room. The second negative point was cleaning process of the rooms. If you want to request for cleaning you have to inform reception and sometimes the reception doesn’t accept your request!!. Only two times were done the room cleaning for my 5 night stay!!! I think the lack of enough personnel of hotel economic point of view for keeping the price of accommodation is the main reason. The cleaning should be done upon guest’s request by cleaning sign like other hotels because daily cleaning is the right of clients.

Location was close to Westbahnhof.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that all the rooms were already taken, except for one that still needed to be cleaned. They said that if it wasn’t available, we would have to go to another hotel. After some time, they managed to clean the room, but once we got in, we noticed that the sink was blocked and not draining. It was fixed the next day, but this should have been checked beforehand.

I liked how clean and modern the hotel is .
I didn’t like the fact that the hotel provided 2 bottles of water only at the arrival day but not to rest of the days.
