Wonderful
Beautifully designed hotel with elegant mid-sized rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Good gym & spa facilities. One of the saunas was not functionning while we were there. The hotel restaurant is quite good, and so is the bar.
The hotel is very close to the train line and station, which was undergoing some renovation works. Thankfully, there was no noise from it.

Fantastically renovated building with high quality and beautiful interior, both the room as well as common areas with the latter being even more impressive. The rooms also boast extremely comfortable beds. Bar and Cafe personnel was exceptional.
The temperature control is odd and doesn't really allow for an Automatic setting. Moreover, the heat is insufficient when it's cold. My room was on the colder side (not freezing) despite running the heating on max setting. The front desk could maybe be a tad more friendly, but that is based on a singular event.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms and lovely spa area (which is by the way nude friendly) so be prepared to possibly be roasting your butt off in the sauna and then accompanied by real wieners lol. Aside from that, the hotel was lovely and the staff was kind.
That they don't have a separate area for the nude spa. Very uncomfortable for kids being around and if you just want to relax in peace. Also the cold plunge wasn't very clean and after seeing naked a$$ and sweaty ball$ being dunked in there I didn't want to use it anymore.

Breakfast is the best among all other hotels I had stayed during this trip. Room is very clean, well designed and modern. The lobby is so grand that looks like a 5 stars hotel instead of 4. Location is a little far from major attractions, but transportation is very convenience around the area.
The pillows are too soft and flat.

Breakfast options were very good. Food was of a high quality with good flavors and options. Location is within walking distance to downtown (about 1 mile) and close to Ubahn and Sbahn train system (about 1 block).
Our bed was hugh and not comfortable, had sags on each side which caused the sleeper to roll to the edge. The price for breakfast was high, 35 euros unless you signed up for a package deal then 25 euros. We could not eat that much value of food.

Felt like we didn't sleep as well Im not sure if it was due to the beds or not. They seemed comfortable but neither one of us got great sleep.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. The hotel is very new and modern, and therefore extremely clean and well maintained.
It is well located, relatively close to the city center — about a 20-minute walk — which we found very convenient. They also offer parking, which was a big plus for us as we traveled by car.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection, and the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful.
Without a doubt, when we return to Vienna, we will choose to stay here again.

Clean room, well-appointed hotel in regard to gym, pool, food services.
Wifi could have been faster, I do not believe there was turn down service. Location was close to public transit but was in a very, very quiet area of 3rd district - somewhat minimal coffee/restaurants available within <5 minutes walking. There was some light thematic decor regarding riding house but they could have turned up the charm compared to generic Marriott hotel decor.

Junior staff at the bar and restaurant need more training. They were polite and friendly but a bit disorganized. Elevators very slow and there were 3 of them. We always had to wait a long time until one arrives.
