The property charged our card 14 times over the course of a 5-day stay; an extra 1500 euros was taken out as "incidentals" and blocked for 15 days. After many phone calls our situation is still unresolved, and management is playing a deaf ear on us, saying there was an "error in their system" Stay there at your own risk.

We were quite satisfied. We need to mention one staff person who made our stay exceptional- Sami, based in the lobby. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable when we had a bit of trouble getting a room that met our needs. During the whole time there he made sure we were comfortable. His exceptional service should be recognized by management. Everyone else on staff were also quite helpful, caring and pleasant.

Location, Hotel design, breakfest, great parking possibilities
Hotel stuff decided to make heavy cleaning during night, it was so noisy that it woke us up and i needed to call recepcion at 2AM ! unfortunatelly for my peaceful sleep, no one was working there .
Also rooms on 1 floor are noisy from Hotel bar

Comfortable, smart hotel with good swimming pool. Great breakfast. Helpful staff.
It was about half hour walk to the the historic centre.

While we typically prefer small boutique hotels, this property had a lot of character and walking distance (20-30 minutes) from the Belvedere and from Inner Stadt. Loved that they took a former riding school and made it into a hotel. Good dining areas and a bar.
Didn’t like the location as well as the one we stayed in Inner Stadt. Near a light rail station and a lot of construction.

We loved the design and decor of the hotel, there was a relaxed atmosphere making it easy to sit around and just enjoy your surroundings. We also loved the front and back terrace areas to enjoy the sunny weather.
The food and drinks were also excellent.

Great style of reception and bar. Enjoyed the pool and spa facilities- although the light in the steam room was not working. Bedrooms very comfortable and quiet. Shower good and liked the green marble in bathroom. Reception and bar staff friendly and helpful.
Not the fault of the hotel but the small pool had several families in who all were throwing their children like pool acrobats despite other pool users trying to swim - had to give up and get out despite it being 8pm in the evening. Adult only time would be appreciated. Fault rests with parents rather than children.
