Everything was up to my taste. I like when those old buildings get a second life, tastefully and elegantly renovated. The interiors are preserved, adding some modern chic. Initially I was a bit hesitant about it, and I chose another destination when I visited Vienna several months ago. I was a bit put off by surroundings from Google street view, but somehow they are much nicer when seen live. We accidentally stumbled upon it when we were walking around and decided to check their restaurant (and the hotel itself). The restaurant was excellent and we liked the interior very much. There is some ongoing construction nearby, but it doesn't affect anything. So, when we planned our next trip to Vienna, I was pretty confident that I want to stay in this hotel. And it met my expectations in full - nice breakfast, spacious rooms, good room service. Another "ace up the sleeve" is the location. Some might like it, some might not, but it was very comfortable for us. It is located right near Rennweg S-Bahn station, which results in 16-20 minutes connection time to the airport (i've seen several pilots staying at this hotel, not somewhere near the airport itself, and the location is pretty close to the centre of Vienna). You can take S7 train and literally in half an hour from the hotel's doorstep, you are already in airport - this is very good when your airplane is in the morning - no need for taxi or changing the hotel closer to the airport. Belvedere is about 10 minutes walk. For those who doesn't like to walk, there are S-Bahn and tram connections to the centre, but it's about 20-25 minutes of calm walking distance to the State Opera. Clean, spacious rooms, complimentary water/tea/coffee everyday, properly working smart TV. Unfortunately, we haven't found time to chek the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel, unless you really don't like to walk/use public transport and live "as central as possible".
There's absolutely nothing to dislike. My minor gripe with hotels is that if rooms with a bathtub are available, they should more clearly indicate this and provide a more "guaranteed" option to choose a room with a bathtub. In our case, the room type was listed as "with bathtub," and I specified this in the settings, but we got a room with a shower. It's not a big deal, but this uncertainty spoils the experience a bit.

Very noisy, one could hear every car and pedestrians and changing rooms made it even worse. Mattresses terrible and too soft, pillows like concrete. Fridge was broken, making weird noise and when unplugging it, I found myself in a flood of dirt and dust. Front desk staff didn‘t follow hygiene protocols, was coughing into their palms multiple times without sanitizing after.

The cleanliness of the rooms really stood out, which is not something you always find in this type of hotel. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was amazing, the location is great, and the gym was good enough for a hotel.
Breakfast felt repetitive after a couple of days. They could introduce more vegetables and vary the available food options. The entrance to the parking garage is very narrow, which resulted in me scraping a tire on my car (a large SUV).

Really well-designed hotel - from the hotel lobby and restaurant to the rooms. There's also a pool and good saunas (steam room, 60°C and 90°C saunas). The room is stylish and appears to have been recently renovated.
We've also enjoyed the breakfast a lot - nice to be able to choose between à la carte and a buffet, as it usually is at Autograph hotels.
The location is quite central but not overwhelmingly so; it was nice to stay outside the old town for a change.
The air conditioning doesn't work in winter, as the receptionist has told us. It can only be set to 'warming'. As a result, the room was quite hot at night, making it really hard to sleep.

It was a short walk from Rennweg S bahn stop. We took the S7 from the airport. Also the 71 tram took us to the city centre or a 25 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool and gym. You need to ask for a robe and slippers from reception.
Handy to have a fridge and kettle in the room.
It was all good. But the room was a bit hot. We couldn’t get it below 18 degrees

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The rooms were comfortable with modern facilities. The spa area was substantial and the breakfast offerred a good variety of local and international fare.
The staff were a little impersonal and brisk although as we came to discover this is a common trait of Viennese customer service. The location of the hotel, whilst not terrible places it a half hour walk or a 15 minute tram ride away from the city centre. Not the end of the world but still, Ubers to and from can add up. Also the chromecast in the room didnt work.

Welcoming helpful staff. Great interior design, rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Bed very comfortable. Great shower. Hotel is 5 mins from the train station, which is an easy 20 minute transfer to the airport.
Prefer a password protected wifi / access via room number. Gluten-free bread at breakfast was terrible. More fruit like berries would have been nice. More selection of cheeses. Better natural yoghurt. Coffee not great. If the hotel offered a hot tub that would be great.
