Everyone was super helpful and kind, the room is big and bright and the location is great, near two subway stations and they have a tram stop across the street. the breakfast was good too and they have a free coffee machine in the lobby if you just want something to go.
the bathroom is huge and very clean, the bed was comfortable and i was able to keep up very well with my vienna sightseeing

There was no lobby, only three meal options on the lunch menu. Additionally, guests were not allowed to buy food from outside.

Great hotel, very clean and most importantly a working air conditioning unit. Located right next to the train and subway station, very easy to move about. Very cool hotel design, would definitely recommend it.

I had an unexpected and stressful situation after my original hotel cancelled my reservation just hours before my arrival. I found this hotel last-minute and honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and supportive. I checked in feeling anxious, but they immediately made me feel welcome and calm. I also had a small issue with my card during payment, and they were extremely patient and reassuring — they told me not to worry and that they would assist me whenever I was ready.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and warm. I’m very grateful for the way the staff handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. Thank you for turning a stressful day into a pleasant stay!

Good breakfast and perfect for a family in terms of tram and metro location
Front staff did not really know about transport advice - children travelling for free on Vienna pass etc. First day room was not cleaned all day we were out and an attempt was made at 3pm when we came back tired and wanting to rest. We made sure we mentioned it the next day as we were leaving and it was done when we were out, but yes they did say they do not automatically clean daily if not requested - best to request!

Very nice and welcoming staff. The room is pleasant and colorful. The location is very good, very well connected to the center. There is a pleasant lobby, with free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold and hot water...It is worth coming back, it was a pleasant stay.
Plenty of hotels have now the concept of an open space bathroom. It is an interesting design, but it might not be convenient for everybody.

The hotel is safe and clean. The sound insulation is strong and you don’t hear the noise coming from railways nearby. The bed is comfy. The water pressure is powerful and the water is hot ?
There is no kettle in the room.
