The hotel is beautiful and it is small. The staff are excellent. Our room was a small suite and felt more like a small flat than a hotel room. It felt very home-like.

Loved the small boutique feel of this hotel. Location was superb, just if off the main center of Vienna, but tucked away from all the noise and traffic. Highly recommend if you enjoy a small, boutique experience.

We had breakfast one day and it was very good. Location was fantastic. Room was beautiful and cozy.
I wish there had been a bar or some common reception area that was inviting to hang out in. The only common space was the breakfast room.

A truly sophisticated and wonderfully authentic place. Even the room names add charm - we stayed in one called “Mozart” and the whole experience felt like a gentle tribute to this brilliant composer.
The building is over 100 years old, yet both the exterior and interior are beautifully maintained and feel fresh and all in a classic Viennese style. There is a tiny, old-fashioned elevator with a manually opening door - a lovely little detail that feels like an attraction in itself.
The staff deserve special mention. Housekeeping even provided a leather cable wrap when they noticed our tangled charging cables on the bedside table.
The location could not be better: right in the heart of the city, just a five-minute walk from the main streets and sights.
Although the hotel does not have its own parking, there is a couple of convenient parking garages nearby.
It can be sometimes a bit noisy at night. The city view is limited by a narrow street.
