Ideal location central to all the key attractions in Vienna - I visited for the Opera and this was a great spot. The room was immaculate and Ben (concierge/reception) was very helpful. Its a boutique hotel so it feels private and intimate.
The bed was a double but set up as a twin with two mattresses - the outlook to the street wasn't an attractive view particularly but equally not bad - just not a special view - (not a fault just an observation) I didn't use the remaining hotel facilities (restaurant) so can't comment on those.

Fantastic location near the opera house and Albertina art gallery. Beautifully decorated rooms with a v comfortable bed. Bathroom was stunning and well equipped. Nespresso machine. All the staff were super friendly and helpful

A beautiful room with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom.
Very clean.
Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff.
The air-conditioning was quite loud. But when I figured out how it works I had no issues with it.

We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Zur Wiener Staatsoper in Vienna! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of of the city and close to the Vienna State Opera, Hofburg Palace, St. Stephen's Cathedral and many other local attractions. We thank the hotel team for the hospitality and look forward to staying at the hotel again!

AC was perfect and we slept like babies on a very hot July.
A la carte breakfast was excellent and there are many diverse options to choose from.
Staff was very helpful and arranged for us boxed-breakfast on our departure
Because breakfast was a la carte and we were in a bit of a rush to meet our guide, it was difficult to fully enjoy the experience. Allow time for your meal.
