Wonderful
Location was great. Josephstadt is its own neighborhood, but you are very close to downtown. With the tram 2 you are there in 4 minutes.
Breakfast was good, prosecco included.
Coffee in the room was limited to nescafe and no black tea.

The location was pefect for us. Very close to public transportion pickup points, great restaurants, and shopping. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast was fine for us but nothing special. Staff was helpful when we needed something but otherwise not very engaging.
Room was small with very little room to walk alongside the bed. But it served the purpose and was really quite.

The staff was very helpful, lots of choices for breakfast, the bed was comfortable, location was excellent.
My only complaint was the shower faucet. The shower was small and the faucet lever was positioned where it was easily bumped which changed the water temperature.

Great location, good breakfast and very clean. The hotel is quiet, safe, and peaceful — definitely a place you can choose with complete confidence.
Only negative: €7 for an extra bottle of water.

The location is in a place that is very easy to get around by bus or train.The room had a big porch with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains.Room was a good size very clean,the hotel supplies water bottles every and also they give you a card for local bus and train service.European breakfast good way to start your day,along with a very nice staff to help you with what ever you need. We most likely will stay in this hotel again next year because it was so enjoyable.

Good location. Lots of cafes nearby.
The “air conditioned” rooms are not worth the money. The air barely works. You have to take your key with you, which causes the tiny air conditioner to stop working. If you are used to strong a/c this is NOT the place for you! The breakfast was TERRIBLE!!!!! We checked out a day early.

Very comfortable bed in the apartment, I liked the windows and the kitchen space. Good breakfast.
The shower didn’t drain at all and you could do about 3 minutes of shower before it flooded the floor. We asked them to come fix and it wasn’t fixed at all. Also the wifi barely worked in our room which is where we needed to do research and plan our day. Loud construction sounds going on during the day.

The staff and management are very pleasant and the breakfast is wonderful. Our rooms with balcony overlooking the garden was very pleasant. Our rooms were amply supplied and comfortable. The location is within a few blocks of strassenbahn and U-bahn. Grocery stores are also nearby and several good restaurants. The girl has 24 hour access and staff are always st the reception desk to answer questions. The rooms have very small refrigerators so cold storage is limited. Eating on the balcony is a quiet and refreshing experience. Tall trees are plentiful in the Hof and Doves are present.
Unfortunately, bugs were seen in two of our three rooms. The kind that scurry away when there is light.

I chose this hotel because it had an old-school Viennese "pension" vibe that I was looking for. The location in Josefstadt, was perfect for walking about the city, riding the tram, etc.. The breakfast buffet was very ample, and the breakfast room very nice. The hotel does not have ac, but they did provide us with a fan which helped make hot nights quite comfortable.
Although I had booked a two twin-bed room on booking.com, when we arrived in the evening we were given a room with one double bed. The person at the reception desk said that booking.com had not passed on our request for two beds and they had nothing else available for that night. The next day they moved us into a two twin-bed room for the duration of our stay. So I put this mistake on booking.com and not the hotel.

Breakfast was a disaster. Run out of hot food by 9.15 and breakfast was on until 10.30. The cook was cleaning tables instead of cooking. When we asked her if she was bringing any more hot food out, she replied 10 mins but half hour later still no hot food and she was rather rude.

We loved our stay. The shower was incredible. Wonderful stay and appreciate the washing machine that we could use.
