We enjoyed the room, it was very spacious and comfortable, also the Pergola Restaurant cafe and bar it is a very comfortable place to sit and enjoy drinks after long walks through Viena.
The only downside at this wonderful hotel was that the toilet, and the shower were in separate rooms, and that there was no sink in the toilet.

I had a 1-bedroom room with a separate living room and it was great, super spacious, very clean, cozy and comfortable! Coffee maker, tea kettle and fridge were all there, bright and good internet. Vegan breakfast buffet was pretty good, there was no plant yogurt at first but the staff went out and got it for me! Really appreciate that, thank you!
There was no vegan yogurt available at the breakfast buffet at first but kitchen staff provided it upon request which was very nice and really appreciated! Otherwise good and clearly marked vegan breakfast selections.

The breakfast was excellent. It was varied and really tasty.
The bed was very comfortable.
And the big balcony was great!
The towels in the sauna were not changed, so there were no clean towels in the evenings. Our room was prepared for one person by mistake, we immediately reported this to the reception. We had to wait hours to get extra blankets, pillows and towels. So we have to wait hours to take a shower and go to bed to sleep.
