Location, close to most attractions, metro station and bars, restaurants
We requested a double bed through email 2 months before arrival and it was confirmed.However when we arrived it took them 2 days and 3 additional requests to fullfil our request.

The location and staff were very good. I have no concerns with either.
The room was advertised as have an window view of a courtyard. In fact it was not a courtyard. The windows in the room opened into the stairwell meaning that the only source of air was from the stairwell. Waiting line at breakfast-not enough seating.

This hotel is lovely, perfect location being so close to Stephansplatz. Its clean, staff are great and the breakfast is good.
There's no temperature control in the room and it was a bit warm.

Breakfast was lovely, a good variety and fresh. Bed was extremely comfortable.. Staff were pleasant and helpful
WiFi in the room was rubbish, kept dropping out. Great internet reception in the Lobby, but that did not help if someone overseas tried contacting one during the night !

Our room was a little warm so we had to keep the ceiling fan going the whole time we were in there. I thought the corridors on floor 2 didnt look as nice as the entrance hall
