Very traditional. Lovely depiction of hotel history in display cabinets and on walls. Exceptional Christmas decor. Staff very nice and very helpful. Breakfast lovely, with huge choice.

This is the most beautiful and clean hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s pristine. Gorgeous decor and everything is just unbelievably beautiful. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond for its guests. The location is central to everything. Not only is Hotel Stefanie Vienna’s oldest hotel, it’s also the BEST one. Will absolutely stay here again

The staff were outstanding…super nice and very helpful! The location is nice as it is located in a quieter district but a very short, easy walk to all the attractions. The breakfast is amazing and well worth it!
The temperature control in the room was not that easy and the room was a bit warm.

Beautiful and cosy hotel, the room was immaculately clean and there is a fantastic choice at breakfast . Drinks in the bar and comfortable chairs to relax in next to reception.

The location
The hotel is very overpriced. In addition they took 257€ !!! Because my husband smoked in the room’s opened window at the first day of our stay. After first day they explained us that they will take 25€ fine for smoking in the room and my husband Stopped to smoke during all the week. When we checked out in the reception they Said that we must pay 257 € and not 25€ as it was said previously. I think it a robbery!!! I was very disappointed from that and not recommending to stay there.

Excellent location in a quiet district, two metro stops from the city center where several main attractions can be found. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean and quiet room, delicious breakfast, digital TV with numerous channel options and all that at a reasonable room rate. I have visited Vienna many times and this was my best hotel accommodation in this wonderful city.
