Beautiful stylish building with traditional furniture interesting antiques and a long history. Loved having a traditional key rather than key card. Room was quiet, bathroom modern, bed comfortable breakfast amazing, staff friendly, old fashioned touches like a shoe polishing machine. It was like being in a Hercule Poirot film

Grand hotel, posh room, great breakfast.
Like all hotels in Europe since Covid pandemic, OVERPRICED! Location near the Danube canal and a short walk from St. Stephan's but too far to the museums to walk.

Great location, easy to get to from airport. Helpful friendly staff Full of antique silver and porcelain , nice breakfast and it has a high quality typical Viennese restaurant
Local church bells start at 06:00 ! But Vienna has a lot to explore so the early starts way be useful :)

Everything about Hotel Stefanie is more than amazing. It is sooooo beautiful, very well located, you can easily access public transport and also within a walking distance to Innere stadt, restaurants and supermarkets. The room is spacious, modern bathroom, strong water pressure in the shower, breakfast is out of this world (I have no words to describe the scrambled eggs) and the staff nice and helpfull. Hotel Stephanie exceeded all my (high) expectations.

Lovely old up-market hotel - we have now stayed twice. Very good location a bit out of the main drag but in easy walking distance and near the no 2 tram stop. Very comfortable room, good breakfast buffet, pleasant staff.
Nothing really - but we were a bit spoilt by recent visit to another hotel where we enjoyed big-screen smart tv - not available at this hotel! Getting a tiny bit expensive for our budget.

Pleasant
Located in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood thats within walking distance of the city centre. Very nice restaurants within short distance of the hotel.
A little outdated, my room was very small but it was a single room. No tea making facilities in the room, it would be nice to have this option without having to phone reception.
