I had a very quiet room with fresh air coming in through the windows rather than aircon. Just as I requested. The room was very comfortable and attractively decorated in authentic Viennese style as is the entire hotel. Good food and wine.
There could be a bit more attention and assistance with the luggage. The locks on the room are a bit cumbersome to open. Why not have smart locks?
