Rooms were comfortable, and the front desk service was courteous and helpful. The history of the building is amazing. Dinner was very good. Our waitress was really nice. The breakfast buffet in the morning had lots of good choices!

Beautiful hotel. Modern facilities in excellent condition with fabulous old world memorabilia. Like the taxi driver said - decorated like a museum with antiques - especially furniture and clocks. Easy walking distance to St Stephan's Square and very close to the Danube cruises. Breakfast and dinner excellent as was the service.

The room was not huge but it was very luxurious. Really comfy bed, fantastic breakfasts and very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for walking to landmarks in Vienna, and a short walk to the train.

The hotel was an absolute delight to stay in. It has kept to that classical Viennese mood that is reminiscent of 19th-to-20th Century luxury. Everything is thought-out within the rooms, from the height of the beds, the softness of the mattress, to the height of the bathroom sink and reachability of towels and toiletries. The staff is extremely welcoming, nice and ready to assist. We even got a recommendation to visit the nearby Das Mann bakery while waiting for our room. We thoroughly enjoyed these small details that made our stay pleasant and relaxing!
