The staff is outstanding. Everything is done perfect as the most natural way to serve the guests. I am used to top hotels in the far east where the staff are doing to much for you, in Stefanie the staff is just doing it the right way.
Coffee at breakfast is excellent, make coffee anywhere else taste bad.
Old Hotel but super clean and feeling of up to date.
Location is excellent.
Very long corridors to navigate to the room. Hard with suitcase, but the look is great

Breakfast was fabulous - large buffet - servers were so attentive and courteous. Room was lovely - so exciting to be in the oldest hotel in the city, yet with modern amenities.

The hotel was wonderful – beautifully decorated in a charming, classic style and very clean. The service was excellent throughout our stay.
The location is great, just a short walk from the city center. The breakfast was delicious, and both the room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable.

The location was very good, about seven minutes walk from the under ground, very comfortable, the room is big and the bathroom big as well. The stuff was friendly. We asked for late checkout and it costed 20euro until 2pm. The breakfeast was
nice according to the standards. The hotel design was very nice with a lot of historical artifacts
There was no complimentary bottles of water, which is availabke in others hotel in other countries, but may be this is the standard in Austria. We did not get separate beds as requsted in the order

The location was very convenient to public transportation and easy walking to the main sights. The room was comfortable, quiet and dark at night. The concierge was very helpful with directions and finding is an enjoyable concert. Breakfast was excellent. We stored our luggage since we arrived too early to check in. We came back to find our bags had been taken to our room. Very thoughtful. We had snacks on the patio in lieu of dinner twice. The hotel was expensive, but that's the way it is in Vienna.
