Very Good
The location was very good, about seven minutes walk from the under ground, very comfortable, the room is big and the bathroom big as well. The stuff was friendly. We asked for late checkout and it costed 20euro until 2pm. The breakfeast was nice according to the standards. The hotel design was very nice with a lot of historical artifacts
There was no complimentary bottles of water, which is availabke in others hotel in other countries, but may be this is the standard in Austria. We did not get separate beds as requsted in the order

The location was very convenient to public transportation and easy walking to the main sights. The room was comfortable, quiet and dark at night. The concierge was very helpful with directions and finding is an enjoyable concert. Breakfast was excellent. We stored our luggage since we arrived too early to check in. We came back to find our bags had been taken to our room. Very thoughtful. We had snacks on the patio in lieu of dinner twice. The hotel was expensive, but that's the way it is in Vienna.

The staff were excellent, very professional, very welcoming, very friendly, very smart, and always smiling and helpful. The hotel was also very "Viennese", which was wonderful. There were some lovely touches of information and old photographs of Vienna around. We really felt we were in historic Vienna. The staff were so nice. The breakfast was excellent, there was a great variety, range and choice of everything, all delicious. The real honeycomb was amazing. The rooms were comfortable, bright and clean and a kettle and tea making facilities arrived very quickly when asked for. I would highly recommend a stay here.

I strongly disliked the huge TV screen in my relatively small single room (I was ok with the size of the room). It destroyed the beautiful aesthetic which was a big part of the reason why I booked hotel Stefanie. Kinda tasteless.
