Staff very nice and frendly. The hotel is has a classic style in a classic city. The location is excelent since you cross the bridge and you are in ther old part of the town.
Breakfast was as in a inferior hotel, the same day after day, no particular touch. No natural juice.

Hotel is pure elegance with every need taken care of. A perfect blend of a place steeped in history but with modern luxuries such as usb sockets by the bedside and an excellent rainfall shower. Breakfast was a true banquet. Really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom especially as it ran so quietly. Location is superb with a short walk over the bridge to central Vienna and easy access to the tram and underground which we used to get to Schonbrunn Palace. Would highly recommend a stay here.
We would have liked a decent English breakfast teabag - can’t beat PGTips!

Classic European charm but with modern convenience: two large elevators, please electric outlets and good wifi. Excellent breakfast. My single room was spotless. Not big but very comfortable.

Great location and a very good breakfast, but the hotel leaves mixed impressions.
The interior has a lot of potential, and it’s clear that there was an ambition to create an elegant space. However, the execution falls short. Some design choices feel completely out of place compared to the rest of the décor—particularly the wallpaper, which seems to clash with the overall style.

Good choice of breakfast and great location. Only had a single room which was fine, but loved the ambience and general feeling of the hotel. Staff were excellent.
