Beautiful and cosy hotel, the room was immaculately clean and there is a fantastic choice at breakfast . Drinks in the bar and comfortable chairs to relax in next to reception.

The location
The hotel is very overpriced. In addition they took 257€ !!! Because my husband smoked in the room’s opened window at the first day of our stay. After first day they explained us that they will take 25€ fine for smoking in the room and my husband Stopped to smoke during all the week. When we checked out in the reception they Said that we must pay 257 € and not 25€ as it was said previously. I think it a robbery!!! I was very disappointed from that and not recommending to stay there.

Excellent location in a quiet district, two metro stops from the city center where several main attractions can be found. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean and quiet room, delicious breakfast, digital TV with numerous channel options and all that at a reasonable room rate. I have visited Vienna many times and this was my best hotel accommodation in this wonderful city.

Beautiful character hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast has a good selection ranging from continental, cereals and hot food, set in a beautiful ornate room. Room 416 (superior room) was spacious and clean, located to the rear of the building which was really quiet. Room was decorative with plenty of wardrobe space, bath/ shower, a minibar, and a safe. Location is great, with a 200m walk from the hotel to the river, just cross the river and you are in Inner Stadt. Concierge didn't know where Tabor Str U-bahn was located which is only approx 500m from the hotel on the other side of the road. The museum quarter is only 5 stops from Tabor Str U-bahn so very easily accessible. Reception staff were extremely helpful. There is a nice small bar located opposite the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.
One of the armchairs appears broken. It was extremely uncomfortable to sit on.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. They noticed that it was my wife’s birthday on the day of check-in and surprised us with a complimentary cake and a bottle of wine — a very thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. Although we mainly used the hotel as an overnight stop, we truly enjoyed our time there. The room was comfortable, the service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Thank you to the team for making our short stay memorable. We would be happy to return in the future.
