Staff, attitude. Cleaning lady didn't want to say good morning which I f. Not polite. Maybe it is African culture or something, I don't know as staff is from other Afr. countries...However Nr Shishmani did his job very well with a smile. Breakfast is a joke. This is 3 star hotel with a great location and poor service, but location is good...

The hotel is good value and has an interesting history. It's well located and is walking distance to the Cathedral, Opera House and Hapsburg Palace. The rooms are smaller, but totally adequate and clean. The included breakfast was great. The front desk staff were also excellent. If you're looking for an affordable stay in Vienna, check it out.

A Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Classic Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Stefanie in Vienna!
Everything was excellent, from the very warm and friendly welcome upon our arrival to the outstanding service throughout our stay. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of.
The hotel has a unique charm, combining classical elegance, beautiful traditions, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It is a truly special place!
The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wonderful selection of delicious, fresh food and excellent service. It was the perfect way to start our day!
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism, hospitality, and attention to every detail.
Thank you all for making our stay in Vienna so pleasant, comfortable, and memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment!
We will certainly remember Hotel Stefanie with great affection and would be delighted to return one day.

Great location. 10’ walking distance to the city center. Comfortable bed
Poor breakfast options. Disappointing breakfast menu with low quality food. Furthermore, to queuing to be seated in the breakfast room because it’s packed is not ideal and the alternative was to pick the breakfast and take it to the bar. Poor housekeeping service with little attention to details (lack of soap, little rubbish unremoved)
