Pretty garden and friendly staff. Good location
Somewhat confusing to arrive late and find rooms in the other building, but worked out. Balcony was somewhat connected to the room next door.

We liked the healthy breakfast and bright rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Great location. In a resident neighborhood but walking distance to restaurants and cafes and shops. Our favorite cafe Aida wasn’t crowded at all!

It wasn’t easy to carry the heavy luggage up the flight of stairs by the front door.

Super convenient location very close to train, shops, cafes and restaurants, and also the river for nice walks. Having access to the sauna free of charge was also a plus, as was the free 24h tea, coffee, and water.
My room was located on the top floor, so the ceiling was angled/attic style and I kept bumping my head :) , but other than that, everything was lovely!

Close to u3 line station, shops and food close, safe neighborhood, good air conditioning, comfortable bed
Room wasn't as depicted, I was a little disappointed with the slanted roof and unusable parts of the rooms, not super clean, but ok. Kind of a trek to get out of the hotel from the back building. It was not bad overall

Lovely, very large room with nice terrace. Close to Metro stop and Sixt car rental is 5 minutes away. Quiet area but walking distance to parks and historic center. Will book again!

Great location with several cafes and restaurants nearby. Parking permit only costs EUR 4.5. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Spiess&Spiess is located next to a subway station on the Orange line, a few stops away from the downtown of Vienna, in a nice and quiet part of the City. The hotel is very clean and generous with supplements - like carbonated water, coffee, teas provided for free and around the clock. The breakfast is excellent.

Location was great for getting around, Vienna is very large and this hotel is in heart of District III, took about a 20 minute walk to get to St. Stephen's Cathedral. Room was amazing and very large, the outside terrace/balcony was shared with neighbors (imagine shape of a U letter) but not an issue.
Breakfast was very minimal (hard boiled eggs, bread, cheese, some deli meats, and few desserts), enough to kept you fed but not satisfied. My room had two bathrooms, one with a shower/bath and sink and another with toilet with a miniature sink which felt useless as it was impossible to wash hands without water splashing all over yourself.
