Pretty garden and friendly staff. Good location
Somewhat confusing to arrive late and find rooms in the other building, but worked out. Balcony was somewhat connected to the room next door.

We liked the healthy breakfast and bright rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Great location. In a resident neighborhood but walking distance to restaurants and cafes and shops. Our favorite cafe Aida wasn’t crowded at all!
Complimentary tea and coffee
It wasn’t easy to carry the heavy luggage up the flight of stairs by the front door.

The location was very convenient, close to the station, and situated in a culturally rich and charming neighborhood where I could fully enjoy the atmosphere of Vienna. The room was clean, and the hotel staff were also very kind and welcoming.
One small point is that the second room was a bit compact and had bunk beds, which might not suit everyone. It would have been even better if it had been a little more spacious, but this didn’t affect my overall positive experience.

Comfortable hotel and I loved my room with its balcony looking out over the city. Everything is super efficient, you can check in and check out without needing the staff, if you so choose.
I asked about a late checkout and this was no problem.
The free coffee provided in the lobby is of very high quality! And I loved that all the toiletries are organic certified.
The bed was a bit soft.

Nice room, great location convenient for U3, good continental breakfast. Bed comfortable. Staff very helpful. Tea, coffee and filter water available in reception 24/7.

Super convenient location very close to train, shops, cafes and restaurants, and also the river for nice walks. Having access to the sauna free of charge was also a plus, as was the free 24h tea, coffee, and water.
My room was located on the top floor, so the ceiling was angled/attic style and I kept bumping my head :) , but other than that, everything was lovely!

The location was excellent and the room was perfect. It was lovely and quiet and the facilities were fab. It was a very clean hotel and as a family of 4 we had a lovely stay.
