The hospitality was exceptional and the room was more than what I had expected, very clean and comfortable, and extremely spacious. The food was plentiful during breakfast hours and the produce was top quality, as was the quality of food offered during the evening dinners. The catering staff at the Veranda restaurant were very friendly and accommodating, and extremely professional. I could mirror the same sentiment with regards to the hotel staff in general - faultless..!!! The spa facilities were amazing, I used the swimming pool on two occasions during my stay.

Incredible service, 24/7 coffee service, best breakfast I have had at a hotel in recent memory with buffet and a la carte options included, staff goes above and beyond. Location is beyond perfect because it’s just outside the ring so you can avoid the crazy crowds but still be 10-12mins walking from everywhere.

Sauna is available all day without requiring a reservation. Spotless cleanliness throughout the property. Within walking distance of both tourist areas and residential neighborhoods. A quiet, comfortable lobby area with complimentary drinks. I was treated exceptionally well by the excellent staff throughout all areas of the hotel.
There is no coffee machine in the room. Complimentary room-service coffee is available after 7:00 am, but I need coffee earlier than that. The quality of service varies. Many staff members are excellent, while interactions with others were somewhat uncomfortable. My room was not entirely insulated from external noise.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Sans Sousi from November 21–24. Everything exceeded our expectations, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the incredibly helpful and wonderfully friendly staff. Their professionalism and warm attitude made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we would love to return!
There was nothing we really disliked. The only minor issue was a slight water-pipe noise at night, but it was barely noticeable and did not affect our stay.
