Location is great, near the museum quarters. Small local restaurants around the corners. Very convenient and not noisy with traffic.
A little inconvenient to have taxi pick up and drop off because how the street was laid out, so if you have large luggage's you need to ask the driver to drop you off at the side street near the hotel.

The hotel needs some upgrades. The confusing light fixtures, uncomfortable room chairs/love seats and horrible old towels needs to be 5 star level quality.

Breakfast choices, room size and layout, fitness room, decor (the hotel had Roy Lichtenstein prints throughout, and even in the rooms), perfect size hotel (75 rooms), and above all, the very welcoming and accommodating staff available at all hours. Not at all pretentious or overpriced (like the Hotel Sacher Wien, which is three times the price). Flawless English is spoken by the desk staff, which attracts a number of English-speaking guests.
Our experience at the Sans Souci was virtually flawless. Could do with a bit more drawer space for longer stays.

Large clean sunny well-appointed room and bath. Felt more like an apartment. Great modern art collection throughout hotel. Beautiful wood, marble, high quality finishes and design. Breakfast included, was substantial and very fresh.

We just loved our experience with you. I was with my family from Boston, seeing some Austrian family we have and doing some work. Everything was truly exceptional, truly. We will only stay here when in Vienna.
The A/C wasnt cold enough and the TV volume was too low.....neither were that big of a deal.

We especially liked the friendly, helpful staff who greeted and helped us upon arrival. We also enjoyed the spacious and graciously appointed, very clean room with lovely crisp sheets, a very comfortable bed and the large bathroom. The location is very good also.
