Excellent location for museums and galleries. Friendly and attentive staff. Pool and gym superb. Breakfast outstanding.
Bed on small side. Rooms a bit faded. Expected more at this price.

Great breakfast and rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Knowledgable team who are happy to help with anything you request or need. Good location for the museum quarter too.
The restaurant had a new menu on the night and there were a few teething problems, that said, the manager dealt with this very positively and ensured we had a great overall stay.

A beautiful hotel, in an excellent location. The room was spacious, quiet and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast which was included in our stay, was excellent. The staff were attentive. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast choices, room size and layout, fitness room, decor (the hotel had Roy Lichtenstein prints throughout, and even in the rooms), perfect size hotel (75 rooms), and above all, the very welcoming and accommodating staff available at all hours. Not at all pretentious or overpriced (like the Hotel Sacher Wien, which is three times the price). Flawless English is spoken by the desk staff, which attracts a number of English-speaking guests.
Our experience at the Sans Souci was virtually flawless. Could do with a bit more drawer space for longer stays.

Overall, it was an amazing stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the room looked nice and was very spacious as well. The location was also very good, with a supermarket next door for some essentials, and a metro station (Volkstheater) within close walking distance that can get you anywhere using Wiener Linien. The staff were extremely nice as well, and were always very helpful with everything during our stay.
There appears to be a lot of dust in the air (possibly due to the air conditioner) that accumulates in the nose during sleeping, which was visible when sneezing upon waking up, which wasn't pleasant to see. So my recommendation would be to clean that a bit more often, if possible.
