We especially liked the friendly, helpful staff who greeted and helped us upon arrival. We also enjoyed the spacious and graciously appointed, very clean room with lovely crisp sheets, a very comfortable bed and the large bathroom.
The location is very good also.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the table nearby the window were also great. I ordered an omelette and miso soup, both of which were excellent. The hotel was also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Wien.
I want to stay at this hotel for our next trip to Wien.

Breakfast was very good. Lovely restaurant/bar. Staff were excellent. Location was 10 minute walk from the Winter Palace. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
The room had a large separate toilet from the bathroom which was great, but there was no hand wash basin in there. I found that unhygienic. You need to wash your hands before touching door handle.

The room was really nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
There was only one chair and there were 2 of us. Does not make sense as we both could not sit. I did not like that at all.

My wife and I had a great experience at San Souci. We stayed for three nights. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly, spa is nice, the location is excellent. The hotel is pricey, but of five star hotels I have visited I would rank San Souci among the best. The restaurant is also quite nice (don't forget to reserve). Our daughter and toddler grandson were in a nearby room and the staff was super accommodating and very kind to him, despite his natural rambunctiousness. We never felt like it was a problem.
I can't say that there was much I did not like. Each of the rooms are different. I think that all will be comfortable.
