We had an amazing stay at Hotel Sans Sousi from November 21–24. Everything exceeded our expectations, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the incredibly helpful and wonderfully friendly staff. Their professionalism and warm attitude made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we would love to return!
There was nothing we really disliked. The only minor issue was a slight water-pipe noise at night, but it was barely noticeable and did not affect our stay.

Noise issue from AC fan was not attended to promptly, had to follow up a number of times. In the end, I just ended up not switching on the fan.
