No longer worth the price – breakfast has lost its charm We chose this hotel specifically for its breakfast, remembering the magnificent à la carte service with white tablecloths and an exquisite atmosphere from our stay four years ago. Unfortunately, it has now been replaced by a standard breakfast. Although the food is good and flavorful, it is nothing special anymore. Considering the high price of the stay, there are better hotels available. We are very disappointed with this downgrade.

The room (junior suite), the bathroom, the calm, the spa, the breakfast.
The fact that there was only 1 physio at the spa so we couldn’t get a massage as expected with my wife (impossible to have them at the same time and on top of that, all the slots have been booked already..).

Very good hotel, our junior suit was excellent. Major problem which hotels is restaurant. From 5 stars hotel we are expecting much better restaurant. When we travel we like to eat dinner in hotel in which we stay. The meals were below our expectation. We are advising to stay far away from that place. If you visit Vienna we would recommend two excellent italian restaurants "Fabious" and " Cantinetta Antionori".

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was asked to fill in my address on a tablet. While scrolling through the country list, I noticed that Israel was not placed alphabetically with the other countries starting with “I,” and I genuinely could not find it anywhere. It honestly made me panic for a moment and feel unwelcome as an Israeli guest. I told the receptionist that my country was missing from the list, and she then showed me that Israel had been placed separately at the very bottom of all the countries. Regardless of the explanation, this did not feel accidental to me. It may seem like a small detail, but things like this absolutely affect the feeling of hospitality and inclusiveness.

The breakfast was great with lots of choice. Fantastic staff and concierge team gave us so much help before and during our trip to organise tickets, a wheelchair and to assist in dealing with an illness.

A lot - location, facilities, cleanliness, staff - shout out to Sharif at the Front Desk who made us feel welcome and worked something out on our late checkout. This hotel living up to its name - no worries, free and easy.
Our was for 3 people. The bathroom was designed for disabled guests - no gutter for the shower so water sprinkled on the floor forcing us to wipe dry lest we slip. If that was for disabled then door should be wider and door sliding.

The location is amazing. We travelled to the Vienna City Marathon, and the hotel was in the center of all the action. Loved the breakfasts, loved the spa and everything!
