The staff, the room. The hotel itself makes you feel like you were in the 1800's. It is worth going at least once in a lifetime.
Bed was not the bed I have slept in. For me, pillows we too flat, even when having more than one. Breakfast was very good, but not the best one I have been, specially for the price.

Room, staff and location are excellent.
Staff, while excellent in all respects, did not not answer a request I made by email - correction of a wrong name on a voucher we received upon leaving.

Nothing much to dislike. The staff were lovely and attentive. Especially the concierge and Grüne Bar staff. The anniversary gift they left for us was the icing on the cake. So lovely.
Not much. Wish it had been left with more of the original woodwork and patine, but I get it.

The hotel has been beautifully maintained and is in a fantastic location. The hotel staff were friendly and very attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome during our visit to celebrate my wife's birthday.
Nothing really, our flight was delayed and so the only downside was not arriving earlier.

Hotel Sacher is in a great location close to every touristic attraction, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is very well maintained, great staff, beautiful rooms and very clean. The breakfast is very good and at night the bar and drinks are amazing as well!
The beds or better today the mattress are very soft and you sink in it, not very good for back or to have a good night sleep. The pillows also need to be better as I had to put 3 pillows to make up for one.
