The traditional Hotel Sacher is located in the heart of Vienna, opposite the State Opera and right next to the Kärntner Straße. The Karlsplatz transport hib offering connection to all parts of Vienna is just a 2-minute walk away. The Rote Bar and Grüne Bar restaurants serve international and traditional Viennese cuisine. Very well appointed. Lovely room with a direct view of the Albertina. Very convenient distance to the main shopping strip.
Very poor first impression when doorman slammed our luggage against the door.

It is a jewel box of a hotel just absolutely beautiful inside. Very well located in the centre of everything. Staff rush to greet you - you are made to feel like this is your home.

Bed was not the bed I have slept in. For me, pillows we too flat, even when having more than one. Breakfast was very good, but not the best one I have been, specially for the price.
