The hotel is located in the very center, right on the Stephanplatz. The room was quite spacious with sofa, table, refrigerator and coffee/tee/kettle. Cleaning was done every day. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Highly recommended!

We love the location very central, spacious room to move around,loved the couch,staff were very accommodating and friendly,they even let us in early since we arrived early 1pm, very clean.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is superb, literally on the doorstep of the main central plaza. The beds were super comfy and the shower was newly fitted so functioned really well. Really nice and toasty in the room even without is switching on the heating which was amazing during our January stay.
Limited breakfast, a tad dated, hallways were being renovated during our stay so perhaps that's being addressed. We were unfortunately next door to a very loud couple of men who were drunk and very loud into the early hours of the morning (on our first night) but that was a one off, otherwise the hotel was nice and peaceful.
