Very Good
The best thing is the location. Close to everything. Middle of the centre. Breakfast is good. Beds comfortable.
There was a bit of noise from radiators, it was quite warm in the room. It was possible to open the windows but then the noise from the street would come in. Bathroom was quite small.

A comfortable and friendly hotel in a great location. A really lovely breakfast to start the day.
A little noisy from the street below if the windows are open.

Wonderful
very good location for visiting Vienna
Breakfast was disappointing with minimal fresh baked bread and instead packaged sliced bread. This is unacceptable for Europe. Parking was a 10 minute walk but provided bad directions to for getting there and back

Spacious, clean, well appointed room. It was very quiet at night despite being just steps away from everything. The breakfast was outstanding.

Exceptional
Location perfect by St Stephens cathedral and metro line. Right in the centre of shops and restaurants, easy walking distance to hop on hop off bus routes and Danube canal.
Bed was a little hard for me and duvet too heavy for the mild weather. Bar closed very early some nights.

Wonderful
The central location was perfect for a three night stay. Despite being so central, our room was quiet, and the aircon/ window closures ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the surprise birthday cake was an extra bonus - delicious!
